Little Apple Toyota Honda – Service Porter

Position Overview

The Service Porter supports the service team by transporting vehicles between service buildings, assisting advisors and technicians, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This role is essential for ensuring an efficient service process and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport customer vehicles between the main shop and the advisor building promptly and safely.

• Assist service advisors by staging vehicles for customer drop-off and pick-up.

• Support technicians by moving vehicles in and out of service bays.

• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, shop area, and customer parking zones.

• Perform general cleanup tasks, including emptying trash, sweeping, and tidying work areas.

• Help with miscellaneous tasks such as parts pick-up and delivery, fueling vehicles, and moving equipment as needed.

• Ensure all vehicles are locked and secured when not in use.

• Follow all dealership safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

• Ability to work cooperatively with advisors, technicians, and other team members.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Work Schedule

• Full-time or part-time positions available.

• Monday–Saturday schedule with rotating Saturdays.

• Flexible hours to meet the needs of the service department.
