Part-Time Service Cashier

Location: Little Apple Cars – Manhattan, KS

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Saturday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

(Approximately 20–25 hours per week)

Little Apple Cars is seeking a Part-Time Service Cashier to join our team! We take pride in providing the best customer service experience in the area and are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to help keep our Service Department running smoothly.

Expectations General Expectations:

Receptionist responsibilities include cashiering

Ability to file, scan, organize and maintain records

Ability to Multi-Task

Customer Service Responsibilities

Punctuality

Ability to work as a team

Job-Specific Expectations:

Greet customers in the service department

Answer large volume of inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department on a multi-lined phone

Schedule service appointments in the system

Document and organize reservations of Service Department customers

Check-in/out rentals

Balance cash drawer at end of shift

Service Accounting

File, scan, organize, and maintain all service records

Serve as a cashier in the department

Have the ability to multi-task and handle more than one task at a time.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Physical Requirements:

You’ll be active throughout your shift and should be comfortable:

Moving throughout the facility regularly

Working both indoors and outdoors as needed

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders

Lifting up to 25 lbs

Performing repetitive hand/finger movements and grasping with hands
